Positions At The MissionResource advocates are responsible for building relationships, connecting guests to resources and in-house service opportunities. Be a safe and comforting presence in common areas, and an available resource for those in crisis. Provides crisis intervention, de-escalation and debriefing in situations of conflict, stress and trauma. Salary range $17-$18, depending on experience. Discipleship Pastor: The Discipleship Pastor will develop a ministry that encourages spiritual growth, prayer, and a desire to be disciples of Christ. This person will play a critical part in leading the fulfillment of the Great Commission, cultivating disciples. Under the direction of the Executive Director, they will be responsible for client spiritual formation at the mission. They serve the Mission by partnering with the program participants and guests to develop, coordinate, and implement effective ministry programs. $18 an hour, part time. The Manager of Administration and Human Resources will work closely with the Executive Director in managing and completing Finance, HR, and general administrative tasks for the mission. Must have HR Generalist and Bookkeeping experience. Manage Open Door Foodservice operations, including soup kitchen, food pantry, backpack and gleaning programs.
