It takes a community coming together to help those most in need which is why our partnerships our so valuable to us! From business partners to community partners, businesses, churches, and beyond – all can have a great impact on how we are able to serve our guests.

We are intentional about working with and collaborating with other area organizations to help best meet the needs of our guests. From mental health resources, medical, social services, and more – without these partnerships we would not be able to do the work we do as effectively.
We are blessed to work with corporate partners who donate the majority of our food. These stores donate food and other items that may be close to the sell-by date or have ruined packaging. Our volunteers drive our truck each day and bring these items back to The Open Door. Anything we don’t need is passed on to other food pantries and charity organizations in the Glens Falls area. Nothing goes to waste!
We could not do what we do without our church partners! From donations to volunteer hours, their support is a life-blood to our organization.
