Our Community Partners
We are intentional about working with and collaborating with other area organizations to help best meet the needs of our guests. From mental health resources, medical, social services, and more – without these partnerships we would not be able to do the work we do as effectively.
Our Eco Partners
At Open Door we are working hard to ensure that we set an example of sustainability for our Guests, which is why we use products that leave a smaller carbon footprint in our community. Offering greener solutions to our Guests is not only a good way to help the earth, but a great way to encourage a more sustainable lifestyle.
Our Grocery Rescue Partners
We are blessed to work with corporate partners who donate the majority of our food. These stores donate food and other items that may be close to the sell-by date or have ruined packaging. Our volunteers drive our truck each day and bring these items back to The Open Door. Anything we don’t need is passed on to other food pantries and charity organizations in the Glens Falls area. Nothing goes to waste!
